Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping Management Supervise, support, and motivate housekeeping staff. Prepare staff rotas and allocate daily tasks. Monitor housekeeping performance and provide training where needed. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Cleaning and Hygiene Ensure all resident rooms, communal areas, offices, and facilities are cleaned to a high standard. Maintain compliance with infection prevention and control procedures.
