The care home: Our care home in Dalbeattie outskirts in South West Scotland, Munches Park provides specialist residential care and support to older people and people living with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care in line with individual care plans
- Support, mentor, and supervise Health Care Assistants
- Assist with medication administration (where trained and authorised)
- Monitor and record service users' physical and emotional wellbeing
- Liaise with nurses, families, and external professionals
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and safeguarding concerns
- Ensure care records are accurate and up to date
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive care environment
