Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care in line with individual care plans.
- Support, mentor, and supervise Health Care Assistants.
- Assist with medication administration (where trained and authorised).
- Monitor and record service users' physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Liaise with nurses, families, and external professionals.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and safeguarding concerns.
- Ensure care records are accurate and up to date.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive care environment.
