Set in the heart of the multicultural community of Blackburn, EachStep Blackburn is a friendly, welcoming state-of-the-art, 64 bedded, purpose built specialist dementia care home, that offers respite, residential, nursing and end of life care. EachStep Blackburn applies the latest advances in dementia-friendly building design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care, such as showering, shaving, oral hygiene and dressing
  • Administering medication
  • Monitoring health and wellbeing
  • Maintaining records and reporting any changes
  • Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Helping with everyday life care, such as mobility and mealtimes
  • Supporting people with social and physical activities
