Park Holidays UK are a rapidly growing company and one of the largest providers of holiday parks covering England, Scotland, and Wales. We are now recruiting for a Full Time Caravan Sales Telemarketing Advisor to join our expanding team. We have immediate opportunities for someone with a positive and upbeat energy. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Making outbound telephone calls to our new customers and those on our existing database, whom have expressed interest in holiday home ownership here at Park Holidays UK
- Nurturing new and existing leads, responding in a timely manner
- Working closely with park sales teams to identify opportunities
- Managing and updating our lead management system
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets that support the overall Telesales team’s targets
- Attending parks to gain a better understanding of the product and locations, thus building your product knowledge of Park Holidays UK
The successful candidate will have:
- Sales experience from a customer services background
- A willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- To be a team player, working to the good of the team
- A high degree of self-motivation, passion, enthusiasm, and the ability to adapt their approach to each customer interaction
- Ability to work a minimum of 2 evenings a week: 4pm – 7pm or 5pm – 8pm depending on what the rota demands. Alternate Saturday or Sunday. Saturday 9am-5pm & Sunday 10am-4pm
