Join a dynamic marketing team as a Design Executive. Based at our modern, purpose-built office on the outskirts of Bexhill, this role offers a creative opportunity to showcase your design skills and contribute to the visual identity of our brand. With a focus on expanding our digital presence, you'll play a key part in creating engaging and high-quality visual assets for our website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Create, design, and produce visually stunning digital graphic assets for use across channels, such as our website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Work with the marketing team to develop creative briefs, contributing ideas for new visual content that aligns with the brand's overall identity and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing managers, the social media team, and other stakeholders to ensure that digital designs align with the brand's values and messaging.
- Manage digital assets, maintaining an organised workflow and ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the visual quality and effectiveness of digital designs.
- Apply design principles and techniques to create visually appealing and engaging user interfaces for our website and digital products.
- Optimise digital designs for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.), ensuring content is visually consistent and optimised for the audience and platform.
- Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve digital designs, ensuring the final product meets the desired goals and standards.
Requirements:
- A creative and versatile portfolio showcasing a strong grasp of design fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom & Lightroom Classic).
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A relevant degree, qualification or previous experience in Graphic Design (or similar) is preferred.
