An exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join a friendly and driven Marketing Team within the UK holiday industry. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their marketing career who is keen to learn, develop new skills, and support the wider team with both marketing activity and administration. The position offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of marketing initiatives while managing day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities across digital and offline channels
- Support the review and proofing of marketing content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
- Help maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing material
- Support the production, organisation, and distribution of marketing collateral to park
- Assist with third-party content and promotional activity to help drive leads and engagement
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers under the guidance of the marketing team
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
- Assist with processing purchase orders and invoices in line with company procedure
- Help maintain and update contact lists for park leads and key stakeholders
- Act as a point of contact for park communications, escalating queries to the wider marketing team when required
- Self-motivated and highly organised, with a proactive approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks based on importance and urgency, with support where needed
- Computer literate, with skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Creative mindset with a genuine interest in marketing
