We are looking for a creative and highly organised Social Media Executive to support the day‑to‑day management of our social media channels across Park Holidays UK and Park Leisure. This role will play an important part in delivering engaging organic social content, supporting community management, and helping to grow our online presence across both holiday bookings and holiday home sales.

Working closely with the Social Media Manager and wider marketing teams, the successful candidate will help bring our brands to life across social platforms through engaging content, audience interaction, and reactive social activity. Job Duties
  • Manage inbound comments, messages, and interactions across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Moderate online conversations to maintain a positive and engaging community environment.
  • Escalate customer service or reputational issues where appropriate.
  • Help maintain brand tone of voice and community standards across all channels.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging organic social content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others.
  • Support the delivery of insight‑led content calendars aligned to wider marketing campaigns and commercial priorities.
  • Create tailored content for local park social media pages to help drive engagement and bookings.
  • Produce stories, reactive content, and social‑first assets to support brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Work closely with the in‑house design team and wider marketing department to support content delivery.
  • Support the day‑to‑day running of social media channels.
  • Assist with influencer collaborations and user‑generated content opportunities where required.
  • Monitor platform trends, emerging formats, and competitor activity to help identify opportunities for innovation and engagement.
  • Support in social media admin tasks.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
