Job Summary Park Holidays UK is seeking a passionate and creative Activity Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering a fun and engaging experience for both children and adults at our caravan park. As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and leading a diverse range of recreational activities that cater to all age groups. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organised, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests. Job Duties Design and implement a varied schedule of activities and events for children and adults, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy. Organise special events, themed days, and seasonal activities, ensuring all logistics are managed and activities run smoothly. Lead and supervise activities such as arts and crafts, sports, games, fitness classes, and social events, catering to different age groups and interests. Interact with guests of all ages to encourage participation in activities, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Ensure the safety of all participants during activities by conducting risk assessments and adhering to Health & Safety regulations. Work closely with other park staff, including entertainment teams, to coordinate and promote activities and events. Gather feedback from guests to continually improve the activity program and ensure it meets their needs and expectations. Manage activity materials and supplies, ensuring they are well-maintained, available, and within budget. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality, leisure, or holiday park industry. Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and events simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with both children and adults. Creativity and enthusiasm for designing engaging and diverse activities. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, particularly in relation to recreational activities. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of guests. A relevant qualification in leisure, recreation, or childcare is desirable but not essential
