About the Role
- Teach a small class of pupilswith complex and additional learning needs
- Plan and deliver high-quality, adaptedlessons tailored to individual needs
- Create a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment
- Support pupils' academic progress, emotional development and independence
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, the SENCO and external professionals
- Monitor, assess and record pupil progress in line with school policies
- Contribute to behaviour support strategies and individual education plans
