We are proud to be partnering with a high-quality, owner-managed fund administration & corporate services provider that’s continuing to grow its UK (London) offering and is looking to appoint a Director in a senior leadership capacity within the Funds Services and Corporate Services team.

This is a unique board-level, client-facing role with real scope to shape the UK offering, covering:

  • Directorship across a portfolio of fund and corporate structures
  • Strategic input and commercial contribution to growth
  • Client relationship leadership and business development
  • Team leadership, mentoring and building a high-performance culture
  • Working closely with colleagues in Jersey to deliver seamless service

Ideal background

  • Significant Director-level experience in fund administration and/or corporate services
  • Strong track record acting on client entity boards
  • Commercial, strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management
  • Qualifications such as ACA / ACCA / CGI (ICSA) beneficial

Location and application

Our client is open to applications from Directors within the Channel Islands, wishing to relocate to London should they possess the relevant skills and intermediary connections. London/UK applications are encouraged.
