As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand our client portfolio. This isn’t a corporate sales role and it isn’t an account management position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors, building relationships and winning new business.
Based from our office in Iver, you’ll spend your time prospecting for new business, arranging meetings, carrying out site visits and presenting tailored parking management solutions to prospective clients. You’ll manage the sales process from initial contact through to signed agreement, working closely with our operations team to ensure every new client receives an excellent experience.
- Generate and secure new residential and commercial parking management contracts.
- Build relationships with managing agents, housing associations, developers, commercial landlords and property managers.
- Develop and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach and face-to-face meetings.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare tailored proposals.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully convert opportunities into long-term clients.

- A successful background in business development.
- Experience within the private parking industry or a closely related property, facilities management or security sector.
- A proven ability to generate your own opportunities and consistently win new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
