Join a business where your results genuinely matter. Park Direct UK is an established and growing private parking management company, delivering tailored parking solutions to managing agents, residential developments, commercial estates, housing providers and landowners across London and the South East. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand our client portfolio. This isn’t a corporate sales role and it isn’t an account management position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors, building relationships and winning new business. If you’re commercially driven, enjoy the challenge of securing new clients and want to be part of a close-knit team where your contribution makes a real difference, we’d like to hear from you.

The Role

Based from our office in Iver, you’ll spend your time prospecting for new business, arranging meetings, carrying out site visits and presenting tailored parking management solutions to prospective clients. You’ll manage the sales process from initial contact through to signed agreement, working closely with our operations team to ensure every new client receives an excellent experience. You’ll have the freedom to develop your own pipeline while being supported by an experienced team that values initiative and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and secure new residential and commercial parking management contracts.
  • Build relationships with managing agents, housing associations, developers, commercial landlords and property managers.
  • Develop and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach and face-to-face meetings.
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully convert opportunities into long-term clients.
  • Represent Park Direct UK professionally and positively within the property sector.

About You

We’re only interested in speaking with experienced business developers who can demonstrate a proven track record of winning new business. You’ll have:

  • A successful background in business development.
  • Experience within the private parking industry or a closely related property, facilities management or security sector.
  • A proven ability to generate your own opportunities and consistently win new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-motivated, proactive and results-focused approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary.
  • Attractive uncapped commission structure.
  • Business travel support.
  • Company laptop and mobile phone.
  • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • A supportive, approachable team with quick decision-making.
  • The opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business where your success is recognised and rewarded.

Before You Apply

This role is for someone who enjoys the challenge of winning new business. If your experience is primarily account management or customer service, this position is unlikely to be the right fit. We’d particularly like to hear from candidates who can demonstrate how they’ve consistently generated and secured new business throughout their career.

Location: Iver, Buckinghamshire (Office based with regular travel across the UK)

Salary: Competitive basic salary with an attractive uncapped commission structure.

No recruitment agencies, please.
