As a Thunderbird Fried Chicken Crew Member, you’ll be cross-trained across the operation - cooking our award-winning chicken, taking orders, serving guests, and keeping everything spotless. Every day will be fast, fun, and rewarding, and you’ll play a key role in the success of the restaurant.
What you will be doing...
- Act as a Thunderbird ambassador - bringing the brand’s culture, energy, and standards to life on park.
- Take orders with warmth and confidence, delivering hospitality that turns guests into loyal regulars.
- Go the extra mile to make someone’s day - turning great service into unforgettable experiences.
- Prepare every dish on the menu using fresh ingredients and cook each item to order.
- Use state-of-the-art fryers to bread, fry, and build our legendary fried chicken to Thunderbird’s exacting standards.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the shift - front and back of house.
- Complete end-of-service cleaning to keep the kitchen and restaurant spotless.
- Follow all Parkdean Resorts and food safety processes, including allergen procedures, colour-coded equipment, personal hygiene, and uniform standards.
