We're looking for a highly organised and analytical Revenue Assistant to join our Revenue Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting opportunities, and supporting commercial decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
As a Revenue Assistant, you'll play a key role in maximising occupancy, revenue and yield performance across all sales channels, including Touring & Camping. You'll help maintain reservation system integrity, support pricing and inventory controls, monitor business performance, and work closely with teams across the business to drive revenue growth.
What you will be doing...
- Help deliver revenue, occupancy and profit targets across the Parkdean Resorts portfolio.
- Monitor booking trends, demand patterns and business performance, identifying opportunities to optimise revenue.
- Highlight revenue risks and opportunities, providing valuable insight to Revenue Managers.
- Support the development of promotional activity during slower-selling periods and help drive ancillary revenue opportunities such as upgrades, holiday extensions and second holidays.
- Identify opportunities to maximise occupancy and protect availability across parks and accommodation types.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support informed commercial decisions.
- Maintain accurate inventory across all accommodation types and sales channels.
- Ensure parks are available for sale in line with operational opening calendars.
- Manage accommodation availability within reservation systems, including flexi fleet inventory.
- Ensure accommodation profiles, descriptions, restrictions and availability settings are accurate and up to date.
- Produce and maintain regular revenue and performance reports.
- Monitor occupancy, booking pace and revenue performance against targets.
- Analyse business performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to support campaigns across digital, email, social and direct marketing channels.
- Assist Contact Centre and Park Sales teams with booking and customer-related queries.
