Field Based Role - Covering Southern Region. In person Assessment Day 18th September 2026. We’re looking for an experienced and energising People Development Partner to join our Park Operations Talent Development team. Sitting within a high-performing team of seven and partnering closely with our People Development Partner – Park Hub North, you’ll play a key role in elevating capability, performance and leadership across our Accommodation, Maintenance and Security functions.

What you will be doing...

  • Partner with Park Hub Central and Operational teams to improve key performance metrics.
  • Deliver targeted intervention coaching across parks where people-related indicators need improvement.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to understand capability gaps affecting commercial outcomes.
  • Support the Head of Operational Services in tackling people-related drivers of performance.
  • Work with People Business Partners to implement tactical capability plans and move performance from red to green.
  • Track, measure and report the commercial impact of development interventions.
  • Deliver acceleration programmes to strengthen the internal talent pipeline across Park Hub Operations.
  • Continuously refine programme content based on feedback and effectiveness.
  • Identify high-potential team members through Quarterly Business Reviews and support succession planning.
  • Provide clarity on career pathways and promotion readiness.
  • Ensure park-level development plans are realistic, measurable and commercially aligned.

About you...

  • Proven experience delivering training and development in a hands-on operational environment.
  • Strong track record of improving performance through structured coaching and interventions.
  • Experience building internal talent pipelines and succession planning frameworks.
  • A passion for developing people and driving high-performance cultures.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  • A strong interest in Park Operations.
  • Excellent project management skills with a completer–finisher mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable with travel, nights away and working across a large regional remit.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
