We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance, providing financial insight and analysis that helps drive profitable growth. From pricing and forecasting to business cases and performance reporting, you'll transform complex data into clear recommendations that support better decision-making across the business.

What you will be doing...

  • Producing accurate and timely weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analysing revenue, margin, pricing, volume and profitability performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities across commercial and financial performance.
  • Creating meaningful KPI dashboards and management reporting.
  • Supporting month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
  • Partnering with commercial teams to drive improved business performance.
  • Providing financial insight and challenge to support strategic decision-making.
  • Presenting analysis and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Evaluating customer, product and channel profitability.
  • Supporting annual budgets, forecasts and rolling forecast processes.
  • Conducting scenario modelling and variance analysis.
  • Assessing pricing strategies, promotions and commercial initiatives.
  • Building business cases and evaluating investment opportunities.
  • Maintaining and enhancing financial models and reporting tools.
  • Driving reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting finance transformation projects and data accuracy improvements.

About you...

  • Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Experience in a Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Analyst or Business Partnering role.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and engaging way.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and commercially focused mindset.
