What you will be doing...
This dynamic role is varied and exciting, you will take care of our customers, holiday guests and owners; offering a seamless experience across all our customer types whether that’s providing expert holiday recommendations to help them find their perfect getaway, promoting additional services or supporting our owners across telephone, live chat and email.
Here’s what a day in our fast-paced, fun and vibrant team looks like:
- Handle customer inquiries and sales through Live Chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and ticketing systems.
- Promote and sell holiday packages, memberships, and additional services, consistently identifying opportunities to cross and up-sell.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers, resolving issues and answering queries.
- Manage ticketing system for callbacks and following up with customers as required.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve services and sales processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Some of the skills we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the holiday or travel industry with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with digital communication platforms such as Live Chat, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and ticketing software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
