We're looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Head of Commercial Partnerships to lead our partnerships strategy and deliver profitable growth across our affiliate, third-party and group booking channels. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that expand our brand reach, unlock new customer audiences, and drive demand across peak, shoulder and off-peak seasons. You'll also lead a talented team and manage several of our most important commercial relationships.
What you will be doing...
- Develop and deliver a profitable commercial growth strategy across affiliate partners, third-party sales channels and group booking opportunities.
- Drive incremental revenue by identifying and engaging new customer audiences, with a particular focus on off-peak and shoulder season demand.
- Maximise performance from existing partnerships while identifying and onboarding new strategic partners.
- Support specific regions and parks with targeted commercial activity to help achieve sales objectives, particularly in locations benefiting from recent investment.
- Lead and manage key strategic relationships including affiliate platforms, partner networks and third-party booking partners, ensuring mutually beneficial long-term success.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to identify opportunities to improve processes, optimise ways of working and leverage technology to increase channel performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Head of Campaigns and CRM to develop integrated campaign plans that align partner activity with key launches, promotions and commercial priorities.
- Act as the internal voice of our partner and affiliate customers, ensuring channel insights help shape wider marketing and commercial decisions.
- Represent commercial partnerships in campaign planning and business meetings, influencing strategy and maximising performance.
About you...
- Proven experience leading, managing and developing high-performing commercial or marketing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable revenue growth.
- Extensive experience managing strategic partnerships, affiliate programmes or third-party commercial relationships.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex performance data and turn insights into effective commercial strategies.
- Strong understanding of affiliate, partner and performance marketing platforms and technologies.
- Experience influencing and managing senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and execution.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
