What you will be doing...
- Delivering O2C activities in line with service level agreements, managing tickets and queries to ensure timely, high-quality resolution
- Supporting month-end processes through reconciliations and reporting to enable accurate financial close
- Investigating and resolving variances, working with internal teams and external partners to reach effective outcomes
- Monitoring and clearing unallocated receipts and balances to maintain accurate financial records
- Preparing payment files efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Contributing to team KPIs with a proactive, performance-focused approach
- Building strong cross-functional relationships that foster trust, collaboration, and a sense of belonging
- Providing excellent customer and stakeholder service, adding value in every interaction
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
About you...
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience in high-volume transactional finance, ideally within a Shared Services environment
- Confident working to strict financial controls and deadlines
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- A passion for delivering first-class customer service
- Well-organised with excellent planning and time management skills
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information
- Self-motivated with a positive, proactive outlook
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage change effectively
- Ambitious and keen to develop your finance career, ideally with an interest in studying towards a professional qualification
