We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Digital Product Owner to take ownership of our website and booking engine, ensuring every digital interaction helps guests discover, book and enjoy their perfect holiday. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in evolving our digital products through evidence-led decision making, customer-centric design and modern product practices. You'll work at the heart of our Digital team, bringing together customer insight, commercial priorities and technical delivery to create seamless experiences that drive both guest satisfaction and business performance.
What you will be doing...
- Owning and managing the product roadmap and backlog for the Parkdean Resorts website and booking engine.
- Using customer insight, analytics and experimentation to identify opportunities and prioritise product enhancements.
- Defining clear hypotheses, success measures and business outcomes for new features and improvements.
- Collaborating closely with UX and Design teams to create intuitive, accessible and guest-focused digital experiences.
- Championing accessibility and customer experience excellence throughout the product development process.
- Leveraging AI tools to enhance research, analysis, documentation and productivity, applying sound judgement and data privacy best practices.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies and working collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Commercial stakeholders.
- Building compelling business cases and assessing the commercial impact of proposed initiatives.
- Monitoring product performance, using data and customer feedback to continuously improve the guest journey.
About you...
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager within a customer-facing website, ecommerce, booking or transactional platform.
- A strong track record of making product decisions based on data, experimentation and customer insight rather than stakeholder opinion alone.
- Good understanding of UX and customer experience principles, journey mapping and accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines.
- Experience using analytics and optimisation tools such as GA4, A/B testing platforms and behavioural insights tools.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, research and decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across multiple teams.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to translate business objectives into product outcomes.
- Experience within ecommerce, travel, hospitality, leisure or another fast-paced consumer-facing environment.
- Knowledge of personalisation, loyalty programmes or CRM-led digital experiences.
- Professional Product Owner certification such as CSPO, PSPO or equivalent.
