At Parkdean Resorts, we’re looking for friendly, energetic, and customer‑focused Waiting Staff to deliver exceptional service across our restaurants, bars, and venues. As part of our Waiting Staff team, you’ll be a key player in delivering warm, welcoming, and professional service. Whether you’re taking orders, serving food and drinks, or making recommendations, you’ll ensure every guest enjoys an enjoyable and seamless dining experience.

What you will be doing...

  • Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments using tills.
  • Serving food and drinks promptly, courteously, and professionally.
  • Preparing, clearing, and cleaning tables to maintain a tidy and inviting venue.
  • Engaging with guests and providing information on menus, specials, and promotions.
  • Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of menus, allergens, and daily offers.
  • Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.

About you...

  • The ability to work well under pressure in a busy hospitality environment.
  • A positive, friendly attitude with strong customer service skills.
