We’re looking for a Snowsports Instructor who’s energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about all things skiing and snowboarding. As a Snowsports Instructor, you’ll help ensure every guest enjoys a safe, exciting, and memorable visit.

You’ll support the delivery of our snowsports activities, including teaching ski and/or snowboard lessons, assist with equipment, and create a fun, friendly and welcoming environment for all ages and abilities. You will require a valid level 1 snowsports instructor qualification for this role (BASI/Snowsports England/Snowsports Wales etc). No qualification? No problem! Providing you are a high level skier or snowboarder we will send you on an instructor qualification as part of your training for the role.

What you will be doing...

  • Teaching ski and/or snowboard lessons to a professional standard.
  • Supporting guests with equipment hire, fittings, and returns - ensuring everything is safe, well-maintained, and ready to go.
  • Providing clear safety guidance and helping guests understand activity rules and best practice.
  • Taking part in, and sometimes leading snow sports sessions to deliver fun, safe, and engaging experiences.
  • Delivering brilliant customer service and acting as a positive ambassador for the Snow Sports Centre.
  • Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally, escalating to the Snow Sports Centre Manager when needed.
  • Carrying out dry slope maintenance tasks including mat repairs, leaf blowing, and basic lift upkeep.
  • Assisting other park teams when required, such as supporting fisheries checks or bookings.
  • Ensuring the safety of all guests and team members at all times.
  • Keeping all guest areas clean, organised, and presentable.

  • A passion for snow sports, with a high level of skiing or snowboarding experience.
  • A confident, enthusiastic approach and a genuine desire to give guests unforgettable experiences.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and carry out physically demanding tasks.
