At Parkdean Resorts, we’re looking for a reliable and detail‑focused Venue Cleaner to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across our on‑park venues. Your work is essential in creating welcoming, safe, and spotless environments that make every guest’s visit memorable from the moment they walk through the door.

As a Venue Cleaner, you’ll play an important part in ensuring all guest‑facing and back‑of‑house areas look their best. From bars and restaurants to entertainment spaces and communal facilities, you’ll help create a clean, hygienic, and inviting atmosphere for guests, owners, and team members alike.

What you will be doing...

  • Cleaning and maintaining all venues - including bars, restaurants, entertainment spaces, and communal facilities - to ensure they’re always guest‑ready.
  • Completing routine and deep cleaning tasks in line with schedules, covering floors, surfaces, toilets, and high‑touch areas.
  • Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly, following COSHH guidelines.
  • Monitoring cleanliness during trading hours and responding promptly to spillages or urgent cleaning needs.
  • Replenishing essential supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
  • Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly, including following recycling procedures.
  • Reporting maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards to the relevant manager.
  • Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure all venues remain clean and presentable.
  • Maintaining high personal hygiene standards and using PPE when required.

About you...

  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping (desirable - full training can be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, reliable attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work varied days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, especially during peak periods.
