This is anexcellent opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experiencedteachers who are passionate about providing high-quality education and ensuringevery child achieves their full potential. The successful candidate will teachwithin our caring and inclusive school community and play a key role insupporting the academic, social and emotional development of our pupils.
We areseeking an individual who is committed to delivering high-quality teachingandlearning, has high expectations for all pupils, and is able to work effectivelywith colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
TheSuccessful Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner or demonstrate the potential to become one.
- Have experience of teaching primary-aged children, or be a highly motivated ECT ready to begin their teaching career.
- Have high expectations of pupils' achievement, behaviour and personal development.
- Be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Be skilled in using assessment information to support pupil progress and improve outcomes.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive practice and ensuring all children can thrive and succeed.
- Be an effective team player who contributes positively to the wider life of the school.
- Support and uphold the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
- Be committed to securing the best possible outcomes for all pupils through high-quality teaching and learning.
