Role Description

We are flexible in terms of this role being part time, full time or temporary. The Human Resources Advisor / Business Partner will be located on-site in Ardleigh, Colchester and be responsible for managing and drafting HR policies, employment contracts ensuring compliance with labour and employment law in the UK, overseeing HR management tasks, and managing employee relations cases for our retained clients. The advisor will also, subject to ability and experience, manage a portfolio of clients that will include travel to our clients' locations, typically within 2 hours of Colchester. It is office based working as part of a team in Colchester, Essex, UK, CO7 7PL with flexible working potential after a successful probation period.

Qualifications

  • Minimum CIPD level 3. Level 5 preferred
  • Skills and experience in managing complex ER cases and general HR advice
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Labour and Employment Law in the UK
  • Experience in leading and managing complex Employee Relations cases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Member of CIPD with confirmed CPD record
