Role Description

This is a full time permanent role for a Human Resources Advisor, located on-site in Ardleigh, Colchester, The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for managing and drafting HR policies, employment contracts ensuring compliance with labor and employment law in the UK, overseeing HR management tasks, and Managing employee relations cases for our retained clients. The advisor will support businesses in reducing risk whilst delivering commercial HR Solutions for the benefit of the Business or organisation Park City supports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum CIPD level 3. Level 5 preferred
  • Skills and experience in providing HR Advice to company stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law in the UK
  • Experience in leading and managing complex Employee Relations cases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Member of CIPD with confirmed CPD record.
