The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in helping buyers and sellers navigate the property market. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with vendors and buyers, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Arranging property viewings, valuations, and appointments
- Managing your diary effectively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties
- Working closely with colleagues to facilitate a seamless process from initial contact to completion
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience in estate agency or a sales-driven environment
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent customer service abilities, with a personable and professional approach
- Great time management and organisational skills, able to handle multiple tasks effectively
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
