We're working with a forward-thinking Local Authority in Surrey looking to bring in an experienced Planned Works Surveyor to support a busy programme of works across their housing stock.
With the weather on your side and a varied patch to cover, this is a great opportunity to get out on site, carry out inspections, and deliver meaningful improvements to residents - without being stuck behind a desk all day.
The Role:
- Managing and delivering planned works projects (including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, and external works)
- Carrying out site inspections, stock condition surveys, and quality checks
- Overseeing contractors and ensuring works are delivered on time and to standard
- Writing specifications, schedules of works, and reports
- Liaising with internal teams, contractors, and residents
