Park Avenue Recruitment is recruiting a Housing Repairs Officer to join a busy Local Authority housing team in Surrey on a 4-5 month contract.
The role is full-time, on-site, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, starting soon and offering hands-on responsibility for responsive repairs.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to progress repairs, resolve issues and provide residents with an effective service, tracking repairs data and KPIs to improve performance.
