A Midlands-based local authority is seeking an experienced Private Sector Housing Manager to lead a high-performing Private Sector Housing team responsible for improving housing standards, protecting tenants, and ensuring compliance across the private rented sector.

This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced environmental health or housing professional who can provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and robust regulatory management within a busy local authority setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the operational performance of the Private Sector Housing service
