A Surrey-based Local Authority is looking for an experienced Interim Voids Surveyor to join their voids team. You will join a small, growing team focused on improving void turnaround and delivering quality homes.

The Role

  • Conduct pre and post void inspections
  • Specify works and produce schedules for refurbishment
  • Manage contractors to ensure quality, cost, and timelines are met
  • Ensure properties meet lettable standards and compliance requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver efficient void turnaround
