Are you an experienced Supported Housing professional looking for your next contract? I'm currently working with a housing provider seeking a Supported Housing Officer on an initial 6-month contract to manage a patch of supported and sheltered housing schemes.
This is a varied frontline role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with residents
- Carrying out tenancy and neighbourhood management
- Managing ASB cases
- Handling complaints
- Undertaking estate inspections
- Supporting vulnerable customers
- Coordinating repairs
- Working alongside internal teams and external agencies to ensure residents receive the support they need
The successful candidate will be confident taking ownership of their patch and delivering a high-quality housing management service, while balancing resident engagement, tenancy sustainment, safeguarding concerns and property-related issues.
I'm keen to hear from candidates with:
- Previous experience within Supported Housing, Housing Management, Tenancy Management or Neighbourhood Services
- Experience supporting vulnerable residents
- Knowledge of ASB and tenancy management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
