Calling all Senior Private Sector Housing Officers looking for their next role! A long-standing client of mine based in Hampshire is looking for an experienced Senior Officer to join their team. You must have experinece in: Mentoring a team of Officers Leading HMO inspections Making HHHSRS calculations Enforcing legislation under The Housing Act 2004On offer is a 3-month contract, with the change of extension, and paying £50-£55 an hour. It will involve a mixture of both home working, and working in the borough.
