Part-Time Senior Enforcement Officer | 24 Hours Per Week
A local authority in Surrey is seeking an experienced Senior Enforcement Officer to provide additional support across a varied caseload of planning enforcement matters.
The successful candidate will assist with the investigation and resolution of a range of planning breaches, working alongside an established team and helping progress cases through to conclusion.
Key Experience Required:
- Local authority planning enforcement experience
- Ability to manage a varied enforcement caseload
- Experience investigating planning breaches and preparing reports
- Strong negotiation and case management skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Contract Details:
- 24 hours per week
- 6-month initial contract
- £45 per hour (flexible for the right candidate)
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Approximately 1 day per week required in the area
