A London Council is seeking an experienced Housing Solutions Reviews Officer to provide interim support on an initial 3-month contract, paying £33-£36 per hour (umbrella).

What you'll be doing:

  • Carrying out part 6 and part 7 s202 Housing Act reviews to a high standard.
  • Assessing complex case files, evidence, and applicant representations objectively.
  • Producing legally robust written review decisions within statutory timescale.
  • Ensuring compliance with housing legislation, guidance, and case law.

What helps you stand out:

  • Minimum 12 months recent experience undertaking Part 6 & 7 S202 homelessness reviews.

Contract details:

  • Hybrid working candidates should be available to attend the office 2-3 days per week.
