Are you a Private Rented Sector officer who has experience working within the public sector? A Local Authority in London are looking for a PRS officer who has experience liaising with landlords and sourcing suitable, affordable, private lettings with new and existing landlords.
What you will do:
- Provide a tenancy sustainment service to private sector tenants, liaising with landlords and the council's Housing Benefit Department, as well as closely working with the Housing Options Team.
- Source private lettings through strong relationship building with landlords and knowledge of landlord incentives.
- Provide assistance and mediation between tenants and landlords.
