Are you looking to work on an exciting urban extension? I am working with a Hertfordshire based authority looking for a Principal Planning Officer to join their team to manage their largest and more complex urban extension sites. The right person will have experience working on Planning Performance Agreements and will work on this project, along with the opportunity to work on other more complex majors applications (experience with 1,500+ units is essential.) Want a long term contract? Due to the nature of the role, it will be a rolling contract. They are looking for someone who wants to get their teeth stuck in and who will see the entire project through. Ideally they need someone to come into the office once a week. However, for an exceptional candidate, they will consider fortnightly! A rate of up to £60 per hour is being offered.
