Would you like to work for a supportive local authority in a Principal Policy Planning Officer role? I'm working with an Essex based authority who are looking for an experienced Principal Policy Officer to join the team on an initial 6 month basis. The right person will have experience seeing local plan through all stages as they are currently at Regulation 18. If you enjoy mentoring, this position gives you the opportunity to work with junior members of staff. The desired Planner will like to go into the office on a weekly basis as the team like to work collaboratively but also offers flexibility to work from home. Ideally they would like you to work full time, however they wouldn't rule out part time for the perfect person!
