Are you seeking your next Interim Principal Planning Officer position? A Local Authority in the West Midlands is looking for a Principal Planning Officer to assist with major applications. They are keen to hire an experienced Principal Planner with a proven track record in managing both major and complex minor projects, including developments of up to 1,300 dwellings. Key Details: Part-time position (hours to be determined). Hybrid working arrangement. 4-month contract with potential for extension. Up to £50 per hour (IR35 status negotiable).
