I’m working with an Essex based authority who is offering a great amount of flexibility, visits to the office once every 3 weeks (or more regularly if you prefer!)

The position is working on a handful of major applications of up to 200 units. Experience needed with PPA’s and presenting at committee.

The rate is going to depend on previous experience – I’m happy to take the lead from you.

If you want to work with a supportive team and have the security of a 6 month contract (extremely likely to roll on past this due to the amount of applications coming through the door!)
