I am working with a Hertfordshire based authority, commutable from London who are looking for an experienced Strategic Sites Planner.
This dynamic team handles major development proposals, ranging from projects over 100 dwellings to large commercial schemes. Current projects span from reserved matters applications for 95 units to outline schemes for 4,000 units, offering you the chance to work on a variety of high-impact, strategic developments.
You will play a key role in managing projects at various stages, from pre-application to post-application, negotiating and guiding applicants through the Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) framework.
The rate is 72 per hour for the perfect candidate. flexibility with home working is offered, though they will favour a Planner who can come into the office from time to time.
