If you’re a Principal Planning Officer with a background in Major Projects, this role could be a great option.

London or South East based? This Surrey based authority would be ideal, as it’s easily commutable from both areas.

The council needs an additional member for their Major Projects Team, ideally someone with experience on schemes of up to 1,000 units. If your experience is slightly below this level, don’t count yourself out, as they are open to appointing the right person.

They are offering a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with just one day a week in the office and the rest working from home. With projects continuing to come in, this is expected to be a long-term rolling contract.

The pay rate is negotiable at this stage, and they understand that flexibility is needed to secure the right candidate.

If you’re looking to join a Major Projects Team and are available in the short term, give me a call on 020 3795 4828 or send your CV to amy@park-avenue.co.uk.

They are interviewing this week, so don’t miss out!
