Planning Validations Officer

Planning is for the Hert!
I am working with an East of England-based Local Authority who require an interim Planning Validations Officer to join the team.
Park Avenue work very closely with this Authority and have recently assisted their Development Management team in other positions – contractors love working in this team!
This contract will begin as a three-month initial contract which has scope for extension subject to performance levels.
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running with their system IDOX and have great experience in validating planning applications.
There is an office attendance requirement of once per week, however this can be relaxed once you have settled into this position.
If successful, they are offering up to £35 per hour inside IR35.
