Planning officer

Are you an experienced Planner looking for your next contract with a supportive and well-structured local authority team?
We\’re working with a long-standing local authority client to recruit a Planning Officer on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
The Role
You\’ll be handling a mixed caseload of householder and minor planning applications, with approximately 30-40 live cases at a time. The council is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of their caseload, allowing senior officers to focus on strategic priorities.
