- Supported Housing Operations Manager
- £35 per hour Umbrella | 3-Month Contract | Oxford (2 Days On Site)
We're working with a well-established charitable organisation to recruit an experienced Supported Housing Operations Manager on an interim basis.
This role will lead a supported housing service for vulnerable residents, with responsibility for housing management operations, tenancy sustainment, compliance, income collection and service delivery.
You'll provide day-to-day leadership to a team of Housing Managers and support staff, ensuring high-quality services are delivered while managing safeguarding, risk and complex resident cases.
The role also involves working closely with local authority and health sector partners to drive positive outcomes for residents.
About you
Significant experience within supported housing services.
Strong housing management, ASB and income management knowledge.
Previous team management experience.
Experience managing safeguarding and complex cases.
Strong understanding of housing legislation and compliance requirements.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Enhanced DBS required.
