Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking an experienced Supported Housing Operations Manager for a 3-month interim contract in Oxford with 2 days on site per week. The role leads a housing service and directs housing management operations, tenancy sustainment, compliance, income collection and service delivery.
You will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of Housing Managers and support staff, ensuring safeguarding, risk and complex resident cases are managed effectively while collaborating with.
