We’re working with a large local authority in West London seeking an experienced Housing Services Manager to oversee core housing management services during a period of organisational change. This is a senior operational housing management role, focused on the effective delivery of landlord services, housing performance, regulatory compliance, and positive resident outcomes across a high‑volume housing portfolio. Key responsibilities include: * Overseeing housing management services including tenancy management, anti‑social behaviour (ASB), estate services, and resident engagement * Ensuring housing services delivery aligns with current housing legislation, regulatory and consumer standards, and internal housing policies * Driving housing service improvement, performance management, and customer satisfaction across landlord services * Managing complex housing cases, escalations, safeguarding matters, and high‑risk tenancy issues * Working closely with senior housing stakeholders, internal teams, and partner services to support housing priorities and change programmes * Overseeing the day‑to‑day activities of housing officers to ensure consistent, high‑quality housing management delivery About you: * Significant experience within housing management in a local authority or housing association setting * Strong working knowledge of housing law, tenancy enforcement, ASB, and best practice in housing services * Confident managing complex tenancy cases, ASB interventions, and safeguarding issues * Proven experience contributing to housing service improvement, operational delivery, and performance outcomes This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping, stabilising, and improving housing management services through a period of change.
