Park Avenue Recruitment is recruiting two Neighbourhood Housing Officers to join a busy housing team on the Sussex coast.
This 6-month contract offers 37 hours per week or 22.5 hours per week, with a mix of tenancy management, resident support and neighbourhood problem-solving.
You will manage your own patch, carry out tenancy visits and estate inspections, investigate ASB cases and work with partner agencies to resolve issues.
