Park Avenue is currently recruiting an interim Neighbourhood Officer to work with one of the largest Housing Associations in London and the South East. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing a patch in Hammersmith & Fulham, providing a comprehensive housing management service to tenants on your patch, ensuring a professional and high-quality service at all times.
Duties will include:
- Provide a first-class housing and tenancy management service to tenants across your patch, resolving queries in an efficient and professional manner.
- Visiting tenants to ensure that they are adhering to the tenancy agreement.
- Managing low-level ASB and nuisance queries, passing full cases to specialist ASB Officers.
- Working with the Rent Income department to ensure that any discrepancies in payment are dealt with.
- Managing voids process, including advertising of voids, assessing new applicants and arranging voids works.
- Liaise with repairs department to ensure all repairs are completed.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a housing officer who is seeking a new challenge. The working pattern is hybrid. A car driver is not essential but you will be required to travel across your chosen patch in Hammersmith & Fulham.
Office attendance of one day in Stratford (East London), the rest of the week is agile.
