Park Avenue is pleased to share a new opportunity with a Northwest local authority.
Position
Interim Principal Estates Surveyor (Disposals)
- £50-£55 per hour (Inside IR35)
- Hybrid: approx. one day per week on-site
- Initial 3-month contract, strong likelihood of extension
- Lead the in-house disposals programme (c.100 land and property assets) over the coming years
About you
- Proven disposals experience
